A ball rolling down a closed channel, a paw reaching through an opening: the cat can see the target, hear it move, and has to try several times. That gap between wanting and getting is what really occupies them.
Several openings, several difficulties
The cut-outs aren't all the same size or depth. A cat that has worked out one opening moves on to the next, which stops it giving up on the board after two days.
Felt and wood, not slippery plastic
The board is 30 × 30 cm and 7.5 cm thick. The top is felt, rough enough for a paw to grip; the body is wood. The whole thing doesn't slide across a wooden floor when the cat leans on it.
Bell balls included
The openwork balls are 4 cm across and hold a bell: the sound brings the cat back when it wanders off. They lift out from the top so you can clean the board.
Put it against a wall for the first few days: cats play longer when the board stays put.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free. Allow 11 to 15 working days, with a tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel ships.
Where is my order?
An email goes out as soon as the parcel ships, with the tracking number. You can follow it at any time from the “Track my order” page.
Is payment secure?
Yes. The transaction is SSL-encrypted and validated by 3D Secure. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are accepted; no card details are kept by the shop.
What if the item isn’t right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, with no reason to give. The refund is issued within 14 days of the return arriving.
