Refund policy

Right to cancel

Under articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, with no reason to give. We voluntarily extend that period to 30 days.

Return conditions

The item must come back unused, in its original packaging, complete and in a resaleable condition. For reasons of hygiene and animal health, an accessory that has been worn or chewed by an animal cannot be taken back.

How it works

1. Write to us with your order number and the items concerned.
2. We send you the return address and instructions within 48 working hours.
3. Send the parcel with tracking: without proof of postage, a lost return cannot be processed.

Return postage

Return postage is at the customer's expense. We cover it in full when the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or is not the one ordered.

Refunds

The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days after the return has arrived and been checked, to the payment method used for the purchase. Any original delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate.

Faulty item

Report any fault within 14 days of delivery, with photographs. We will replace or refund the item, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
