Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland France, the 26 other countries of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Timescales

Order preparation: 1 to 3 working days. Transport: 10 to 12 working days. That is a total of 11 to 15 working days from the moment payment is confirmed. These timescales are indicative and may be longer during busy periods or in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can check it at any time on the “Track my order” page.

Parcel not received

If a parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date given by the carrier. We will open an enquiry with them and keep you informed of its progress.

Customs duties

No customs charges apply to deliveries within the European Union. For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, any import taxes remain payable by the recipient, in line with local regulations.
