Data collected on the Pets & Paws Forever shop is processed by the association Autisme, 1 Sourire Pour Tous, a declared association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, whose registered office is at RDC Bâtiment 5, Appt 57, 5 Place de l'Écharde, 60200 Compiègne, France (SIREN 992 348 094, RNA no. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to process your order:

  • Identity and contact: surname, first name, email address, phone number.
  • Delivery: full postal address.
  • Order: items, amount, date, history.
  • Browsing: pages viewed, device, IP address, through the cookies described below.

We never collect your card details: they are entered directly with our payment provider and do not pass through our servers.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Fulfilling your order — packing, shipping, tracking, after-sales. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Replying to your messages. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • Meeting our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: a legal obligation.
  • Measuring site traffic. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.

No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

Recipients

Your data is passed only to the providers that make the service possible:

  • Shopify, which hosts the shop;
  • the payment provider, for secure processing;
  • the carriers, to deliver the parcel.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers may host or process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

Retention periods

  • Order data: 10 years, under accounting obligations.
  • Customer account: until deleted, then 3 years without activity.
  • Messages to customer service: 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Analytics cookies: 13 months at most.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to issrafb@hotmail.fr: we reply within 30 days. Proof of identity may be requested where there is serious doubt about who you are.

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (basket, session, security) are set without consent, as the law allows. The site is encrypted throughout (HTTPS). Access to orders is limited to the people who need it in order to process your purchase.
