Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern use of the Pets & Paws Forever website. They apply to anyone browsing the site, whether or not they place an order. The terms applying to purchases are set out in the terms of sale.

Article 3 — Acceptance
Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, it is for you not to use the site.
Article 4 — Customer account
Creating an account is not required in order to buy. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out from your account. Tell us without delay if it is used fraudulently. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time by email.
Article 5 — Use of the site
The site must be used in good faith. The following are prohibited in particular: any attempt at unauthorised access, automated extraction of content, deliberate overloading of the servers, distribution of unlawful content, and impersonation.
Article 6 — Intellectual property
The texts, images, logo and layout are protected. Any reproduction, even partial, is forbidden without prior written permission. Manufacturers' brands and images remain the property of their respective owners.
Article 7 — Availability
We do our best to keep the site available at all times, without being able to guarantee it: an interruption may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond our control. Such interruptions give no entitlement to compensation.
Article 8 — Accuracy of information
The information published is checked carefully. An error or omission may nonetheless remain; it cannot engage our liability beyond what the law provides. The contractual characteristics of a product are those shown on its page at the time of the order.
