Terms of sale

Article 1 — Seller identification

The site is published by the association Autisme, 1 Sourire Pour Tous, a declared association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, whose registered office is at RDC Bâtiment 5, Appt 57, 5 Place de l'Écharde, 60200 Compiègne, France. Article 2 — Purpose

These terms govern sales of pet accessories concluded on the Pets & Paws Forever online shop. Placing an order implies acceptance of them without reservation.

Article 3 — Products

The essential characteristics of each product appear on its page. Photographs are as faithful as possible but are not a contractual document: slight variations in shade may occur from one screen to another.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax, excluding delivery charges where they apply. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 5 — Orders

The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal or fraudulent.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online, using the methods offered at the time of ordering. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. The seller never has access to the buyer's card details.

Article 7 — Delivery

Terms and timescales are set out in the shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these conditions.

Article 8 — Right to cancel

The terms are set out in the refund policy. The statutory 14-day period is extended to 30 days.

Article 9 — Statutory guarantees

All products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), independently of any commercial warranty.

Article 10 — Liability and use

The accessories sold are intended for domestic use on pets. It is for the buyer to check that a product suits the size, build and behaviour of their animal, and to supervise its use. We cannot be held liable where a product is used other than for its intended purpose.

Article 11 — Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

Article 12 — Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, contact us first: we look for an amicable solution as a priority and every request receives a reply. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those designated by the applicable legal provisions.
